Yes, I agree that serving and cooking time is very important, but when you go to the restaurant, you always expect to spend 1,5-2 hours minimum. If you wait for 10-15 min longer, it is not a reason to put 1-3 stars. Now, my review. I was here during the COVID in December. I didn’t see any delays with food. Everything was served super quick. We even wished to make it longer, but they cooked and served everything right after our drinks. All drinks were unbelievable! Really. The next day I went to the liquor store to get the same ingredients and make the same cocktail, but I was a fiasco. The food...mmm...I dream of comeback and order that chicken and fish tacos with corn on the side. Man, it was delicious. Also, we got complimentary chips with two or three different dips. The staff was great as well! Very nice, polite and friendly! I will define go back there in a couple of weeks! ”
